For Jen Klein’s debut YA Novel, SHUFFLE, REPEAT, we wanted to create a promo campaign that was cool as the characters themselves. While love is unpredictable, for Oliver and June, music is everything – even though they hate each other’s music. That’s why we decided to let fans choose sides with a Battle of the Bands promo. June loves punk rock. Oliver loves 80’s hair metal. Who do you love?

Through bookseller postcards, dueling bookmarks, stickers and social media graphics, we let fans “choose sides” while bringing the book to life. It was a great way to get attention – and celebrate a fabulous debut novel.
